Only passengers who present a valid ticket are entitled to transport. In the case of an e-ticket, this means you have to submit a validly issued e-ticket.
.The ticket is subject of value therefore the passenger must keep it clean and in good shape, any damages or changes on the ticket not done by our company’s employees, makes it invalid.
.The passenger MUST carry his e-ticket along the trip and MUST show it to the control employee or the driver when asked.
.The passenger must be at the departure point at least fifteen minutes (15mn) before departure time.
.After the bus departure, the ticket is not valid.
.The passenger MUST have an official identification such as ID, passport, etc.
For the Tickets with discount, the passenger must show the proof of rebate (student cards (valid only for students of Greek universities), disability card, etc.). Passenger not showing there proof document will have to pay the additional cost of the full price ticket.
Passenger’s luggage is transported FREE of charge (max 2 luggages) but under the responsibility of the passenger.
The employees of our Company (the publisher, the loader, the driver, the controller) are unable to know the luggage holders and bear no responsibility if they are picked up by the wrong person or if they are lost.
The local police is responsible for the loss of items (personal items, luggage etc.) during boarding or disembarking. In this case, in cooperation with our employees you must contact the local authorities.
Don’t overlook the importance of placing properly completed luggage tags on all of your bags. Filled out with accurate information, tags can be a lifesaver for your belongings. Tagged luggage can be quickly identified if lost or stolen. You can get luggage tags from the ticket office.
When carrying fragile objects or items of big value, please inform our employees so that they can store them in a special luggage compartment.
Transports of animals is prohibited, except animals accompanying handicapped people or small pets, and are moved only in suitable for this purpose means.
The carrying of flammable and explosive materials is prohibited
The transportation of children up to six (6) years old, without an adult accompanying them is prohibited. The person accompanying these children is responsible for their safe transport and can take with the child a passenger seat located behind another seat.
Regarding children aged from six (6) to fifteen (15) years, they are allowed to use a single and backrest seat, as long as it is behind the seat of another passenger.
Cancellation or ticket change
70% of the fare is returned to the passenger in case he/she cancels the reservation on a long-distance route, 8 hours minimum before departure, or 50% if cancelation of booking is made within 8 hours before departure time.
The ticket can be modificated regarding the time and day of departure can be changed (not valid for the e-ticket) , one way ticket can be transferred to a different person, in case of the return ticket, if it’s used by a different person from the one that used it for the departure
, the person using the return ticket has to pay to KTEL ARGOLIDAS the difference of the price of the full price two one way tickets.
There will be no money refund for return tickets if they were used for one route.
Any changes on the ticket (cancellation, change of passenger, change of the time and day of departure, etc.) must be validated only by the company employee.
There will be no change of day and time of departure on the e-tickets.
Lost luggage compensation
KTEL ARGOLIDAS S. A. assumes the responsibility of the proper operation of the routes.
The itineraries in this website are subject of change with no previous warnings as the weather conditions, strikes and many other factors can effect the correct operation
of the routes. KTEL ARGOLIDAS S. A. is not responsible for the consequences of the delays due to the reasons mentioned previously. In that case, the passenger can either cancel his ticket or use it for the next route with the help of our employees.
KTEL ARGOLIDAS S. A. Compensates the passenger in the following cases:
For luggage lost due to carrier liability, with a minimum amount of compensation of 30 €.
Loss of unaccompanied small packages, with minimum amount of compensation 15 €.
For not picking up the passenger (by fault of the transport operator) from a starting point or a predetermined stop, three times the value of the ticket.
Credit card transactions are conducted electronically in real time between the Buyer and owner of the card by Alpha Bank, which handles the transaction for KTEL ARGOLIDAS S. A. based on a contract kept by two sides.
In the whole process of the transaction, KTEL ARGOLIDAS S. A. has no involvement, nor ever gets any information relating to the credit cards. KTEL ARGOLIDAS S. A. just consents to the bank on the transaction value and only.
In the case that the buyer making the transaction is not the same person as the cardholder, KTEL ARGOLIDAS S. A. assumes no responsibility, nor is obliged to issue a refund.
